Vast Media Selection and Media Efficiencies
We have the media that you need, better yet, we manufacture it ourselves in Missouri so we have full control over the quality. Our medias range from cellulose to BHA Preveil® ePTFE membrane, Protura® nanofiber technology, and SB nano with ASHRAE 52.2 MERV ratings from 10 to 16. Our industry-leading nanofiber media filters particles less than 1 micron in size, 1000 times smaller than human hair.

BHA Replacement Filter for the Camfil Gold Series X-Flo
Engineered to solve problems customers experience with the OEM brand filter, you will find greater pleat depth and proven design enhancements, beta site customers report lower pressure drop and longer filter life.
A notable benefit is that this cartridge filter directly interchanges with the OEM brand filter without modifications.
Design Improvements Solve Problems
- A special metal top pan resists bowing, a common issue found with the OEM filter
- Media surface area is up to 350 ft2 and has a much greater pleat depth, providing a wider gasket contact area for enhanced sealing
- No inner conical filter, creating a greater pleat depth and providing more effective use of media surface area
- The impressive construction of our filter includes a galvanized expanded metal core, a urethane potting compound, and four reinforcement straps
Cartridge with 52" Pleatpack
Parker has developed dozens of OEM brand competitive fit filters, currently launching a 52" cartridge using a continuous, full-height pleatpack rather than stacking and joining two 26" tall cartridges which we see other filter manufacturers do. For our customers, this means less potential for leaks, no wasted media at the connection of the two sections, and lower overall cost – less labor and materials to make one full-height pleat pack.
