Parker Autoclave Engineers Anti-Vibration Collet Gland Assembly

For extreme conditions of vibration and/or shock in tubing systems, such as an unsupported line near a compressor, coned-and-threaded connections are offered with the Parker Autoclave anti-vibration collet gland assembly. Originally patented in 1968 the collet gland assembly is designed to be completely interchangeable with standard Parker Autoclave Engineers gland connections, the collet gland assembly provides equally effective pressure handling capability.

Sealing Hydrogen, the smallest molecule is tough, but designing a connection that offers easy assembly and remake ability is even tougher… but with the Parker MPI™ line of fittings and valves, we make it remarkably easy! The MPI™ connection is a compression type connection suitable for liquids and gasses up to 15,000 psi (1034 bar) and temperatures from -423°F to over 1000°F (-253°C to over 538°C).

Parker’s single ferrule compression fittings, CPI™  Series Tube Fittings are designed to effectively seal and also resist vibration and thermo-cycling conditions in process, and instrumentation system connections. Available in a wide range of material.

Parker Instrumentation Products Divisions' PGI brand offers an extensive variety of 2, 3 and 5-Valve Manifolds to be used in all types of Instrumentation or Power applications and service conditions up to 10,000 PSI @ 200°F in Carbon Steel and 316 Stainless Steel.

Pneumatic Actuators are moved far enough away from the temperature so as to only be impacted by ambient temperature conditions, indoor or outdoor. Cone and Thread connections are available in sizes from ¼” to 1.5” tube sizes in a variety of materials and valves can be built and cleaned/lubricated to Oxygen, Military, or Aerospace cleanliness specifications as required.
