Parker's Trap-Seal has secure retention under the Seal-Lok ORFS CORG lip
The patented trapezoidal seal of the Seal-Lok O-ring Face Seal (ORFS) Fittings tube end prevents the potential of O-ring fallout during shipment and assembly and O-ring pinch, both common issues for ORFS fittings. This advantage over the competition's standard round O-ring increases the productivity of assembly as well as offers the maximum assurance for a leak-free connection. Seal-Lok Xtreme for LNG applications are field replaceable fittings that use a patented stainless-steel metal sealing ring. Utilizing the ORFS fitting design benefits, superior tube and hose connections will be achieved at temperatures as low as -328°F (-200°C) and as high as 1200°F (650°C) with working pressures up to 6000 psi. Available in inch sizes 1/4" - 2" OD and metric sizes 6mm - 50mm. Additionally, a patented metal port seal to replace the elastic seal on the SAE J1926 O-ring boss fittings is available.
Seal-Lok for CNG fittings are tailored to accommodate unique natural gas attributes. They provide reliable fuel conveyance using an elastomeric seal compound made of hydrogenated nitrile that improves ozone resistance and supports wider temperature and pressure range requirements. They are a great solution for high-vibration, on-vehicle applications where metal-to-metal sealing is not up to the task. Available in inch sizes 1/4" - 3/4" and metric sizes 6mm - 20mm.

O-ring pinch issues can happen with adjustable SAE O-ring boss (ORB) port ends. This is due to thread exposure below the locknut that leads to a deformed backup washer, pinching the O-ring and creating an O-ring extrusion gap with the potential to leak. To fix this, Parker created the patented Robust Port Stud™. With a longer locknut, the Robust Port Stud eliminates exposed threads and the leak potential of adjustable SAE O-ring boss port ends. This enhanced port end comes standard on all tube fittings and adapters with an adjustable SAE O-ring boss port end.
