Prevent corrosion longer
Parker engineers and metal scientists used state-of-the art tools and analysis methods to study corrosion and how to minimize it. The superior corrosion resistance of Parker's ToughShield® Plus plating technology is validated through ASTM B117 / ISO 9227 neutral Salt Spray Testing (SST), as well as two Cyclical Corrosion Tests (CCT) - ISO 16701 and SAE J2334. CCT is widely considered to provide a closer correlation to field corrosion conditions. ToughShield Plus is the first standard plating system in the fluid power industry proven to offer this exceptional level of resistance to red rust.
Eliminate ORFS O-ring fallout and pinch
Trap-Seal was created to eliminate two common issues with O-ring Face Seal (ORFS) fittings: O-ring fall-out and pinch. With the patented trapezoidal-shaped seal in our Seal-Lok fittings and adapters, the potential for O-ring fallout during shipment or before assembly is eliminated, as is the potential of O-ring pinch during assembly. This means maximum assurance for leak-free connections.
Create quick field-attachable ORFS tube connections
FastSeal connection technology is a revolutionary new way to make fast, leak-free O-ring face seal (ORFS) tube connections without the need for brazing or flanging equipment. Using Parker's new patent-pending FastSeal, you'll only need a wrench and your tube. FastSeal combines Parker's robust bite ring and innovative seal dynamics to create a quick robust flat-face tube connection for Seal-Lok ORFS fittings.

Eliminate O-ring pinch and extrusion on adjustable O-ring boss (ORB) port ends
O-ring pinch issues can happen when assembling adjustable SAE O-ring boss (ORB) port ends. This is due to thread exposure below the locknut that leads to a deformed backup washer, pinching the O-ring and creating an O-ring extrusion gap with the potential to leak. Our patented Robust Port Studs provide a longer locknut, eliminating the exposed threads and the leak potential of adjustable SAE O-ring boss port ends. This enhanced port end comes standard on all fittings and adapters with an adjustable SAE O-ring boss port end.
