Parker engineers and metal scientists used state-of-the art tools and analysis methods to study corrosion and how to minimize it. The superior corrosion resistance of Parker's ToughShield® Plus plating technology is validated through ASTM B117 / ISO 9227 neutral Salt Spray Testing (SST), as well as two Cyclical Corrosion Tests (CCT) - ISO 16701 and SAE J2334. CCT is widely considered to provide a closer correlation to field corrosion conditions. ToughShield Plus is the first standard plating system in the fluid power industry proven to offer this exceptional level of resistance to red rust.
Trap-Seal was created to eliminate two common issues with O-ring Face Seal (ORFS) fittings: O-ring fall-out and pinch. With the patented trapezoidal-shaped seal in our Seal-Lok fittings and adapters, the potential for O-ring fallout during shipment or before assembly is eliminated, as is the potential of O-ring pinch during assembly. This means maximum assurance for leak-free connections.
FastSeal connection technology is a revolutionary new way to make fast, leak-free O-ring face seal (ORFS) tube connections without the need for brazing or flanging equipment. Using Parker's new patent-pending FastSeal, you'll only need a wrench and your tube. FastSeal combines Parker's robust bite ring and innovative seal dynamics to create a quick robust flat-face tube connection for Seal-Lok ORFS fittings.

O-ring pinch issues can happen when assembling adjustable SAE O-ring boss (ORB) port ends. This is due to thread exposure below the locknut that leads to a deformed backup washer, pinching the O-ring and creating an O-ring extrusion gap with the potential to leak. Our patented Robust Port Studs provide a longer locknut, eliminating the exposed threads and the leak potential of adjustable SAE O-ring boss port ends. This enhanced port end comes standard on all fittings and adapters with an adjustable SAE O-ring boss port end.
Customers’ requirements are always different. So why work your designs around parts somebody else designed, just because that’s what’s readily available? We can transform your unique concept into a finished part. We manufacture custom products to your specifications, drawings or world standards – whether you need thousands or just that one-of-a-kind. And, if you need it fast, our Rapid Service Unit (RSU) can turn around requests for quotes on unusual configurations, jump sizes and prototypes inside 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on your requirement.
We are the only tube fittings and adapter manufacturer to offer a full-line of tube fabrication equipment to tools to support all of your tube fabrication needs.
We offer an extensive line of state-of-the-art tube fabrication equipment and tools for making high-quality, leak-free tube connections in your systems. Our equipment is portable and rugged making it suitable for in-shop or on-site tube line fabrication. We have hand, crank, and hydraulic benders for inch and metric tube, and pipe; flange connections equipment for inch or metric o-ring face seal fittings; several flaring machines for both inch and metric tube; and presetting tools and equipment for both inch and metric fittings. We also offer tube end prep equipment for cutting and deburring, as well as thread ID tools, and thread tapping and counterboring tools.
When a short-term project or prototype requires fabricating tube assemblies, it doesn’t always make sense to purchase the equipment and tooling. With flexible rental times, a large inventory of equipment and individual tooling, "try before you buy" options, and emergency shipping, the Tube Fabrication Rental program can help you increase your profitability and complete those short-term projects and prototypes.
Chose from our extensive line of rugged, portable equipment which includes: benders for inch and metric tube, and pipe, flanging, flaring and preset equipment for inch and metric tube, as well as tube end prep tooling. The tube fabrication equipment rental program is available through your local Parker distributor.
Quick and easy-to-use, the ToolSpec web app ensures that you have the correct tube fabrication equipment and tools to keep your operation running smoothly. Whether you need equipment to cut, deburr, bend, flare, flange, or preset your tube, you will be able to easily find what you need. Simply select one of six standard operations, enter your basic information about your tube or pipe size and let Parker ToolSpec find exactly what you need.
In addition to providing the part numbers for the tube fabrication equipment and tooling you need to do your job, you will also find links to the equipment manuals featuring step-by-step instructions on how to use the equipment and tooling, as well as operational videos on some of the equipment.
