Accurate and Consistent Control: Our solutions offer accurate and consistent flow or pressure control depending on your application needs, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
Miniaturization: Many clinical diagnostic instruments require compact and space-saving components. Parker Precision Fluidics offers miniaturized fluidic components and systems that can seamlessly integrate into small-scale diagnostic devices, optimizing the use of limited space.
Reliability and Durability: Clinical diagnostic instruments often operate under demanding conditions, including repeated use and exposure to various chemicals. Parker Precision Fluidics products are built to withstand these challenges, offering high reliability and durability to ensure consistent performance over extended periods.
Low Dead Volume: Our products are designed with low dead volume, reducing the risk of cross-contamination and ensuring precise control over sample volumes. This is especially important in sensitive diagnostic tests where accurate measurement of small volumes is critical.
Parker Precision Fluidics provides valuable solutions for the Clinical Laboratory instrument market. Our fluidic component technology ensures reliable and accurate handling of samples and reagents, enhancing diagnostic test performance. With a focus on reliability and customization, our solutions contribute to accurate and reproducible results. Additionally, the compact and customizable offerings support the footprint reduction trend in IVD devices. By delivering reliable, accurate, and customized fluidic solutions, we add significant value to the lab diagnostic market, benefiting healthcare professionals and patients.
Parker Precision Fluidics offers a wide range of fluidic components and systems specifically designed for point-of-care testing (POCT) applications, where speed, portability, and ease of use are paramount. Our miniature line of pumps, pressure controllers, and valves enable the smallest possible footprint for POCT devices, providing healthcare professionals with the tools that consume the least amount of space, yet provide rapid and accurate on-the-spot testing. With reliable performance, durability, and regulatory compliance, we are a trusted partner in advancing the field of point-of-care diagnostics.
Miniature Diaphragm Pump
LTC Miniature Diaphragm Pumps are offered in both brush and brushless DC motor drives that can be configured for your specific performance requirements and handle a wide range of liquid media over a wide range of pressures. LTC’s patented Fluid-Blok™ Advanced Sealing Technology provides redundant sealing capabilities to eliminate potential leaks. Monolithic diaphragm design enables maximum suction, priming, and continuous dry operation. Ideal for waste, transfer and bulk movement of liquids.
Miniature Piston Pump
The Helix is a compact, high pressure pump designed to enable the smallest of point-of-care instruments. Helix is ideal for bench-top diagnostic devices with high pressure demands in the smallest footprint possible. Delivering more than 5.5 LPM flow and pressure up to 100 PSIg, the Helix pump provides the best solution when performance is critical and space is limited.
Miniature Inert Liquid Valve
The Series 3 solenoid valve is constructed of inert materials suitable for liquids including bleach and saline, for applications in analytical chemistry, clinical diagnostics and ink jet printing. These 2-Way and 3-Way valves handle high flow in a small valve with pressures up to 100 psi and no metal-to-metal sliding surfaces, ensuring long life and trouble free operation. Series 3 also offers a higher pressure rating than most diaphragm isolation valves.
Digital Electronic Pressure Controller
The EPiC Digital Pressure Controller converts a variable input control signal into a controlled pneumatic output up to 150 PSI (10.3 bar). Used to control critical pressure and flow levels in applications that require extreme precision and quiet operation, the EPiC replaces manual regulators, needle valves, and bleed orifices.
We're excited to share that we've launched an innovative digital platform designed to feature our state-of-the-art technologies and solutions customized for the Healthcare & Life Science industries.
