TexLoc Tubing

TexLoc & Page International was acquired by Parker Parflex Division in 2005 and is now known as Parker TexLoc. Our innovative, high-quality fluoropolymer tubing continues to be used throughout the chemical processing, robotics, medical, and semi-conductor industries.

Smoothbore Tubing

Smoothbore tubing is a type of tubing characterized by its smooth inner surface, which is free from any convolutions or ridges. This design provides several advantages, making it suitable for a wide range of applications across various industries, including medical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and industrial processes. Smoothbore tubing offers significant advantages in terms of flow efficiency, contamination prevention, and ease of maintenance.

PTFE Tubing

PTFE tubing is available in industrial wall, heavy wall and metric designs. This flexible, high-temperature fluoropolymer tubing operates in temperatures up to 500°F/260°C and is the most chemical and corrosion resistant tubing available from Parker.

FEP Tubing

FEP Tubing is ideal for applications requiring chemical resistance and long, continuous lengths of clear tubing. FEP tubing is widely used in water purification systems due to its excellent UV light transmission. Chemically inert, odorless, tasteless, non-wetting, and non-leaching, FEP tubing is suitable for fluid and material handling, including chemical transfer, food and beverage, and medical applications. Parker’s FEP resin complies with FDA requirements for repeated food contact and meets USP Class VI standards.

PFA Tubing

PFA tubing is used when temperature and clarity are both factors. PFA tubing withstands the same high temperatures as PTFE tubing but, like FEP tubing, is very clear and available in long continuous lengths.

High Purity PFA Tubing

High Purity PFA tubing is engineered for applications requiring high purity, where exposure to high temperatures, harsh chemicals, and corrosive fluids can cause traditional rubber or plastic tubing to leach compounds or outgas. This tubing is odorless, tasteless, non-leaching, and has a water absorption rate of less than 0.03%, ensuring that the media remains uncontaminated.

Heat Shrink Tubing

High temperature, chemical resistant heat shrink tubing from Parker is ideal for harsh environments where chemicals and/or heat is present. Materials include PTFE in 2:1 or 4:1 shrink ratios, FEP in 1.3/1, 1.67/1 or roll cover (1.25/1) and medical grade in custom sizes.

Products are FDA & USP Class VI compliant.

PTFE 2:1 Fractional & AWG Tubing

Parker's QPL-approved AS23053/12 PTFE Heat Shrink Tubing protects components from heat, sparks, and contaminants while handling long-term exposure to temperatures as high as 500°F (260°C). When heated, it conforms to the object's shape, providing a protective covering.

PTFE 4:1 Fractional Tubing

4:1 PTFE Heat Shrink Tubing has the largest expansion ratio available in a PTFE shrink tubing, enabling it to provide a protective covering for irregular shaped objects and still provide a snug fit. In addition, the thin wall promotes quick installations while keeping the tubing flexible.

FEP 1.25 Rollcover Tubing

FEP Roll Cover is a large diameter heat shrink tubing specifically engineered to extend roller life and eliminate roller build up and picking. Parker’s unique process produces a cover with no surface imperfections and with significantly greater flex life, which is especially important on rubber rollers.

FEP 1.3 & 1.67 AWG & Fractional Tubing

FEP 1.3/1 & 1.67/1 is a very clear heat shrink tubing ideal for covering medical instruments, thermometers, lighting fixtures, battery packs and other instruments where protection is needed. FEP heat shrink tubing operates as high as 400°F (204°C).

Corrugated Tubing

Corrugated tubing excels at navigating sharp corners with minimal bend diameters, maintaining the inner diameter of the tube without compromise. Its bend radius is nearly four times smaller than that of a smoothbore tube of the same size, making it ideal for tighter routing applications without the risk of kinking. Additionally, this tubing is available in PFA for enhanced performance and versatility.

Convoluted Tubing

Parker offers one of the most extensive selections of convoluted tubing available on the market. Our product range includes high-performance materials such as PTFE, FEP, MIL Spec electrical conduit (81914), and wire-wrapped convoluted tubing designed for tighter bend radii. We also provide low-profile and heavy-wall convoluted options to meet diverse application needs.

All of our products are compliant with FDA and USP Class VI standards, ensuring safety and reliability in critical applications.

PTFE Spiral Wrap

PTFE Spiral Wrap is a flexible, chemical resistant covering that can be used to bundle wires, hoses, cords and cables and still allow individual routing out of the bundle.

Why Use Fluoropolymers?

Fluoropolymers thrive where other materials fail. The choice of fluoropolymer products is often driven by superior chemical resistance, high-temperature tolerance, non-stick properties, and compliance with safety standards. These characteristics make them an excellent choice for demanding applications across multiple industries, ensuring reliable performance and safety in critical environments.
