High performance and smaller vessel footprint are important to maintaining a clean liquid stream that protects process equipment and provides quality final products. The large format cartridges significantly reduce the required number of traditional 2.5-inch diamater cartridges enabling smaller vessel diameters and less downtime during change outs.

The Parker XtreamPure® Series 55X combines the best of pleated and large diameter technologies. With an absolute rated efficiency of 99.98%, the cartridges are available in a wide range of materials to suit your applications and conditions.

The XtreamPure® vessels are available in both horizontal and vertical configurations with cartridge lengths from 20-inch to 80-inch, which provides great flexibility in designing the perfect vessel to match to available space on-site.

XtreamPure® Series 55X Operation

Maintaining clean liquid streams with dependable performance

With an inside-to-outside flow direction, the XtreamPure® cartridges ensure contaminant is captured within the cartridge allowing a cleaner cartridge extraction during change-outs.

The unique patented PECOSeal™ gasket design rests against the basket support rather than the housing support plate. This gives complete sealing peace of mind, preventing bypass compared to a standard o-ring seal, expecially when support plates of baskets are out of round.

The XtreamPure® W-Pleat configuration optimises dirt-holding capacity with more internal area and proves additional strength to the pleat pack to prevent folding and blinding.

Available in a range of different media, Parker XtreamPure® cartridges suit a wide array of applications.

XtreamPure® cartridges are designed for high flow rates with a 6" OD and lengths of 40", 60", or 80". They are compatible with PECO Series 55HX and 55VX liquid vessels, as well as competitor vessels of similar design. A wide range of material options is available in both pleated and depth-style configurations, with various micron ratings to suit your filtration needs.
