Oil and Gas
Fracturing trucks are the main equipment type utilized for fracturing construction in oil and gas fields. These trucks' main function is to inject high flow and pressure fracturing fluid into the oil and gas field, which in turn, creates fractures in the rock formations. These fractures allow for the oil and natural gas energy to low more easiy, resulting in a better extraction process.
The fracutring truck is equipped with a horizontal, fan cooling system responsible for cooling the engine, lubrication, fuel, and hydraulic systems. The cooling fan is driven by a closed-circuit hydraulic system.
In order to ensure the reliability of the truck's construction operations, the hydraulic pump must maintain a stable working states that can automatically adjust the displacement output in relation to its heat dissipation needs, which controls and runs the fan at the appropriate speed.
The fracuting truck manufacturer compared pumps from major market suppliers for their trucks' cooling system and selected Parker's Gold Cup Series.
Gold Cup was selected due to the following criteria:
Gold Cup successfully met the fracturing truck's operating requirements, including reliable and durable performance, while ensuring continuous and stable operation of the equipment. Finally, Parker wa able to deliver prompt delivery and technical service to ensure the company's success with Gold Cup.
