Designed to handle extreme bends while allowing full-flow, kink-free performance, E-Z FORM hose effectively replaces pre-formed hoses in many applications.

Extreme Flexibility, Easy Installation

E-Z FORM hose is designed to handle extreme bends while allowing full-flow, kink-free performance, and effectively replaces pre-formed hoses and hose/bent metal tube assemblies in many applications—eliminating special design, tooling and fabrication costs and associated long lead times.

Parker E-Z FORM Hose is manufactured with premium grade, heat-resistant rubber for maximum service life, making it suitable for oil-resistant or high-temperature applications. Its performance is backed by more than a decade of success in helping to solve maintenance challenges in a wide range of industries and applications.

E-Z FORM hose is available in three distinct versions, 7219, 7395 and 7399, all of which incorporate a helical wire for full suction/vacuum service.

Parker has qualified E-Z FORM hose with multiple styles of crimp fittings in popular sizes and configurations. For fitting and crimp specifications, refer to Crimpsource® at parker.com/crimpsource. Overcoming Three Common Design and Maintenance Challenges in Hose Applications

Formed hose and hose/tube assemblies have long been used to solve fluid handling system design challenges such as installation in confined areas or those necessitating a tight bend radius. While both approaches have specific benefits—ease of replacement for formed hose and smaller allowable minimum bend radius for tube assemblies—they also introduce some potentially costly drawbacks.

When combined with the other environmental and usage factors that can adversely affect hose performance and life expectancy, it’s clear that better solutions are needed to improve hose performance while avoiding costly downtime and system repair.
