Parker Fluid System Connectors Division has developed a range of push-in cartridges. Our cartridges are designed for installation into non-threaded cavities, providing a push-to-connect tubing. The integrity of the sealing system is guaranteed to provide a leak-free connection. Parker's push-in cartridges are compatible with compressed air, water, beverages, vacuum, and select gases. The range of compatible media makes our push-to-connect cartridges ideal for water/beverage and life science applications. The compact design of the one-piece push-in cartridges allows for easy assembly and the ability to automate installation.
Parker's Carstick push-in cartridge features a fully integrated, one-piece construction for easy installation. Carstick cartridges install 2 to 3 times faster than standard cartridge solutions. Our innovative push-in cartridges can be inserted into elastic polymers, brass, aluminum cavities and provide instant connection between the housing and tubing. When installed properly, only the seal of the Carstick push-to-connect cartridge will come into contact with the media being conveyed, maintaining the integrity of the media.
Parker's Carstick push-to-connect cartridges feature a single-body construction for reduced installation time. Carstick push-in cartridges have a mickle-plated brass retaining sleeve to provide chemical compatibility between the housing and cartridge. To provide proper grip, each push-in cartridge features a stainless steel grab ring that holds the tubing in-place. When you need to remove the tubing, just push the polyamide release button into the cartridge and pull the tubing out of the pneumatic push-to-connect cartridge. For maximum chemical compatibility, Parker offers our Carstick push-to-connect cartridges with either a NBR (Nitrile) or EPDM seal.

Parker's TrueSeal cartridges utilize a collet system to securely connect the tubing to the housing. These collet style cartridges consist of 3 components, an o-ring, cartridge, and collet. Similar to our push-to-connect cartridges, the TrueSeal collect style cartridges allow installers to add tubing ports into a housing without the need to create a threaded port. By removing the need for threaded ports, the housing will have a cleaner, more streamlined profile. A TrueSeal collect style cartridge will will reduce the number of needed components and simplify tubing installation. These reductions lead to a more leak-resistant tubing connection.
TrueSeal Cartridge Specification
Inch Tubing Sizes: 1/4", 3/8", & 1/2"
Pressure Rating: Vacuum to 150 PSI (10.3 Bar)

Compatible Tubing: Polyethylene
For applications that require protection from harsh environmental factors, Parker offers both nickel-plated (PLM) and 316L stainless steel (PLS) push-to-connect cartridges. Both the PLM and PLS push-to-connect cartridges meet the same operating specifications, the only distinction is the level of environmental protection and chemical compatibility. These one-piece push-to-connect cartridges reduce assembly time of adding a tubing port to a housing. The removal of a threaded port also lessens the chance of a costly leak occurring.
