Your choice over stainless steel – Aside from the obvious benefits of lighter system weight and faster assembly, water systems built with TrueSeal™ fittings and valves made from Kynar® PVDF offer significant advantages over the use of stainless steel. TrueSeal™ potable water fittings advantages include:
Composite water & beverage fittings are used on multiple liquid transfer applications. Water & Beverage connectors are most commonly used on reverse osmosis (RO) systems, water dispensing systems, and beverage dispensing systems. Picking the right composite water & beverage connector is important to prevent contamination of the liquid being transferred. Parker Fluid System Connectors Division offers water & beverage fittings that are FDA compliant, NSF/ANSI 51 and NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 certified. Our composite water & beverage connectors are made from high grade acetal, polypropylene, Kynar, and Nylon for the industry's leading offering of fittings. We offer push-to-connect, compression, barbed, and threaded connectors to meet the needs of our liquid transfer application. Polypropylene water & beverage valves are used on multiple liquid transfer applications. Water & Beverage valves are most commonly used on reverse osmosis (RO) systems, water dispensing systems, and beverage dispensing systems. Picking the right polypropylene water & beverage valve is important to prevent contamination of the liquid being transferred. Parker Fluid System Connectors Division offers water & beverage valves that are FDA compliant, NSF/ANSI 51 and NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 certified. Our composite water & beverage valves are made from high grade polypropylene for the industry's leading offering of valves. We offer push-to-connect, compression, barbed, and threaded connections to meet the needs of your liquid transfer application. Parker Fluid System Connectors Division has developed a range of push-in cartridges. Our cartridges are designed for installation into non-threaded cavities, providing a push-to-connect tubing. The integrity of the sealing system is guaranteed to provide a leak-free connection. Parker's push-in cartridges are compatible with compressed air, water, beverages, vacuum, and select gases. The range of compatible media makes our push-to-connect cartridges ideal for water/beverage and life science applications. The compact design of the one-piece push-in cartridges allows for easy assembly and the ability to automate installation.
Parker's polypropylene plastic tubing is compatible with high temperature water and oil and offers excellent resistance to chemicals, acids, and environmental stress cracking. In addition, our polypropylene tubing is capable of operating at higher temperatures and working pressures in comparison to polyethylene tubing. These distinguishing features allow polypropylene tubing to exceed expectations in applications that involve chemical transfer, chlorinated water supply, and process piping systems. Polypropylene tubing exhibits low water absorption (less than 0.1%). The white polypropylene tubing is FDA compliant and NSF 51 certified.
Pressure Rating: Up to 350 PSI (24.1 Bar)
Temperature Rating: 0 to 200 F (-18 to +93 C)
Parker's polyethylene tubing is produced from high molecular weight resin to provide increased dimensional stability, uniformity and long-term strength. Our polyethylene tubing is FDA compliant and meets the NSF 51 requirement for food contact and NSF 61 for potable water. The polyethylene tubing may be used for general-purpose instrument applications as well as all food handling applications, excluding holding food during cooking. The black polyethylene tubing contains an ultraviolet inhibitor which is recommended for use in sunlit areas and in close proximity to high, ultraviolet light sources. Standard black polyethylene tubing is not approve for food handling applications, but NSF certified and FDS compliant black tubing can be ordered upon special request.
Pressure Rating: Up to 200 PSI (10 Bar)*
Temperature Rating: -80 to 15o F (-62 to 66 C)*
