Composite Pneumatic Fittings

Parker's Prestolok PLP Composite pneumatic push-to-connect fittings offer a durable, glass-reinforced nylon body. We offer a wide variety of configurations, making the composite pneumatic push-to-connect fitting the ideal choice for most industrial applications. Due to the patented internal D-Seal, these pneumatic push-to-connect fittings provide a tight seal, even in vacuum applications. Installation is a breeze with Parker's Prestolok PLP Composite fittings. Simply push the tubing into the fitting until it bottoms. For applications that require a threaded connection, our composite pneumatic push-to-connect fittings are available with a NPT, BSPT, BSPP, or metric threaded end.

Composite Fitting Technology

Parker's composite pneumatic push-to-connect fittings feature a durable, but lightweight glass reinforced nylon body making these the economical choice for connection pneumatic tubing. To provide proper grip, each pneumatic push-to-connect fitting features a stainless steel grab ring that holds the tubing in-place. When you need to remove the tubing, just push the push button into the fitting and pull the tubing out of the pneumatic push-to-connect fitting body. Parker's patented D-seal offers superior sealing, especially in vacuum applications. For applications that require a threaded connection, our composite pnumatic push-to-connect fittings arrive from the factory with pre-applied thread sealant. 

Nickel Plated Pneumatic Fittings

Parker's Prestolok PLP Metal pneumatic push-to-connect fittings offer a more efficient throughput for pneumatic media. These nickel plated brass fittings are UL94 V-0 rated for flame resistance, making these the ideal fitting for robotic welding cells. Our pneumatic push-to-connect fittings install fast and with minimal tooling. Just cut the tubing to length, then insert the tubing into the PLP metal pneumatic fitting till it bottoms. By using our PLP Metal pneumatic push-to-connect fittings, you can increase your efficiency, reduce SKUs, and reduce installation times. Parker offers our PLP Metal pneumatic push-to-connect in both inch and metric tube sizes. For threaded connections, we offer NPT, BSPP, BSPT, and Metric threads. All threaded connections come from the factory with pre-applied thread sealant.

Nickel Plated Fitting Technology

Parker's PLP Metal pneumatic push-to-connect fittings feature a durable, nickel plated brass body. These pneumatic push-to-connect fittings are UL94 V-0 rated for flame resistance, making these the ideal choice for applications that require protection from weld spatter. For a strong grip, each PLP Metal fitting features a stainless steel grab ring to provide years of dependable service. Our pneumatic push-to-connect fittings are designed for ease of installation. Just insert tube till it bottoms. To remove the tube, press down on the flame resistant release button. For applications that require a threaded connection, our nickel plated brass pneumatic push-to-connect fittings arrive from the factory with pre-applied thread sealant. 

Electroless Nickel Plated Pneumatic Fittings

The high phosphorous, electroless nickel plating on Prestolok PLP pneumatic push-to-connect fittings makes them ideal choice for pneumatic applications where fittings come into constant contact with water, harsh detergents, and aggressive fluids. All Prestolok PLM fittings are fitted with a FKM seal for maximum chemical compatibility. The all metal body construction is FDA compliant. The push-to-connect technology of these pneumatic fittings makes installation quick and easy. Our electroless nickel plated pneumatic push-to-connect fittings are the ideal choice for applications that utilize grooved stainless steel or copper tubing.

Electroless Nickel Plated Fitting Technology

Parker's Prestolok PLM pneumatic push-to-connect fittings feature a durable electroless nickel plated brass body. The high phosphorous, chemical resistant electroless nickel plated body and washer are FDA complaint, making these the ideal fitting for applications that come into constant contact with washdown chemicals. To increase the chemical resistance, the internal backup washer that helps to secure the tubing is made of the same material and coating as the body and release button. Every PLM pneumatic push-to-connect fitting features a FKM O-Ring for maximum temperature and chemical resistance. The PLM pneumatic push-to-connect fittings install fast and with minimal tooling. 

Stainless Steel Pneumatic Fittings

Parker's Prestolok PLS pneumatic push-to-connect fittings are designed for years of dependable service in corrosive applications. The 316L stainless steel body and components are FDA complaint, meaning this fittings is rated for permanent contact with food, chemicals, and cleaning agents. Any pneumatic push-to-connect fitting that comes in contact with food must be; corrosion resistant, non-toxic, non-absorbent, and capable of being washed down and disinfected. The Parker Presotlok PLS pneumatic push-to-connect fitting can withstand all of these. For added temperature and chemical resistance, the Prestolok PLS pneumatic push-to-connect fitting uses an FKM seal. Stainless Steel Fitting Technology

Parker's Prestolok PLS pneumatic push-to-connect fittings feature an FDA compliant 316L stainless steel body. In addition to the body, the collets, washers, and release buttons are made from the same 316L stainless steel material. With an all 316L stainless steel construction, these pneumatic push-to-connect fittings are designed to provide the best chemical resistance and cleanliness. To provide the best temperature and chemical compatibility all internal seals on the Prestolok PLS fittings are made from FKM. All Parker pneumatic push-to-connect fittings are designed for ease of installation. Just insert the tube into the fitting until it bottoms. 

Rotary Swivel (Oscillating) Elbows

Parker's rotary swivel elbows are the ideal choice for applications that require flexibility. The rotary swivel elbow (also known as an oscillating elbow) features low friction washers to allow the fitting to move in conjunction with the strokes of the pneumatic cylinder piston. This movement improves the life expectancy of the tubing by not allowing too much stress to be placed on the tubing. Due to the patented internal D-Seal, these pneumatic push-to-connect fittings provide a tight seal, even in vacuum applications. As with our entire line of pneumatic push-to-connect fittings, our rotary swivel elbows install fast and with minimal tooling. Just push the tubing into the fittings until it bottoms. The threaded connections arrive from the factory with thread sealant pre-applied to prevent system contamination from PTFE tape.
