Quiet Gear
Our patented Quiet Gear technology, or QT Gear, smooths out the torsional vibrations found in diesel engine applications without affecting the durability or torque capacity of the Chelsea PTO.
SmartStart
SmartStart allows the PTO to come up to speed safely and efficiently without sacrificing HP. It controls the system pressure that is used to engage the PTO's clutch pack, enabling it to absorb torque spikes and provide a smooth engagement. Thus, protecting the PTO and driven equipment.
Wet Spline
Wet Spline provides lubrication for hydraulic pump shafts when using direct mount pumps. It provides a constant flow of clean, fresh oil to the PTO and output shafts, preventing premature fretting on the spline shaft.
