1. What is the application –sprayed seam, wheelhouse coating, sound deadening pad, or underbody coating?
2. What is the color requirement –beige, white, gray or black?

3. Over primer –Scuff cured primer with a scuff pad and blow clean.
4. Over bare metal – Prep the metal with 120 grit sand paper and blow clean.
Tech Tip: If building a sound dampening pad or duplicating OEM straight edge seams, tape off the desired area with masking tape.
5. Select the appropriate products based on color needed – Fusor 802HD, 804HD, 805HD or 806HD. Use on bare metal or primed surfaces.
6. Cut cartridge tip.
7. Apply the Fusor HD sprayable sealer using the 312 Spray gun

8. Remove any masking tape immediately.
9. Prime and paint per your paint manufacturer’s recommendations.
