Parker F37 flared non-weld pipe

Parker’s F37 flared non-welded pipe connection system is designed for low-to-high pressure applications - including marine/offshore cranes, multi-purpose vessels, drilling rigs, CMCs, drill and dredge ships, bridges, test benches and power generation.

Why the F37 weld-free option makes sense

F37 allows for quick disassembly and the prefabrication of new routing or connections. You can add to it, move parts, reconfigure pipework and add additional lines much more cleanly than with welding.

Use P37 weld-free pipe as a welding alternative to:

- End connection process up to 5x quicker

- Achieve much faster prefabrication times

- Reduce labour (welding) costs

- Remove the need for X-ray work

- Cut out post-welding cleaning costs

- Reduce flushing costs (typically 30 minutes instead of a 4-hour weld time)

Technical information

For tubing assemblies with an outside diameter of 16mm to 165mm (1/2" to 6" flanges), Parker uses an orbital tube forming technology. This is intended for tube wall thickness of up to 9mm, with pressure ratings up to 420 bar.

On connections where pre-flared tube is not possible or manufacturing is limited, Parker provides the F37 retaining ring system. This system uses a retaining ring for flange retention, along with a highly-engineered seal carrier for leak-free performance. It's available as a high-pressure version from 1 1/2" to 10", and as a newly-developed SAE 1000 (50-70 bar) option.

The Parflange F37 system corresponds to flange hole geometry according to ISO 6162-1 and ISO 6162-2, SAE J518, 3000 (code 61), 6000 (code 62) and ISO 6164.
