HCR, High Collapse Resistant Subsea Hose

HCR hose is a high collapse resistant subsea hose specifically designed to withstand the collapse forces found in deep sea hydraulic applications including subsea hydraulics, BOP stacks, well stimulation and hydraulic flying leads. Without relying on system pressure, HCR Hose is collapse resistant to 10,000 ft. (3,048 m) seawater at a 1.5 design factor and meets ISO13628-5:2009 and API 17E standards. Parflex HCR hose offers the most compact bend radius available today and is the industry’s only multicolor hose offering, making it especially useful in BOP applications. In addition, it is the only high collapse resistant subsea hydraulic hose available with a choice of JIC or sub-seal (dual seal) fitting.

2340N Subsea Hydraulic Hose

Parflex 2340N is the first of its kind. Until now, there wasn’t a flexible alternative to 1-1/2" I.D. welded pipe in subsea hydraulic applications. The 2340N hose eliminates the need for welded pipe installation which requires specialized labor and inspections that are both time consuming and expensive. It actually serves multiple applications in the oil and gas market, such as BOP stack, acidizing, well stimulation, cementing and land/subsea based hydraulic systems.

575X Fast Response Diagnostic Hose

Parflex 575X hose has raised the bar for subsea diagnostic hose with it's ability to communicate with the BOP in less than half the time of comparable hoses.

• Lighter and more flexible than steel wire-reinforced hotline hose
• Complies with SAE J343, DNV 2.9 5-791.70 and
  ISO 13628-5 requirements

Parker Parflex CNG hoses for natural gas applications include hose for the fueling station and on-vehicle applications, where flexible hoses have replaced rigid metal tubing.

On CNG fuel systems, from the pressure regulator down to the firewall, the flexibility of Parflex natural gas hose allows for faster installation without the need to form and join metal tubing together with multiple connections that could be potential leak points. Parflex also has authorized CNG assemblers located across the USA so customers can quickly obtain hoses for new installs, conversions or scheduled maintenance change outs.

Parker 5CNG Natural Gas Hose

5CNG Natural Gas Hose

Serving as a primary conveyance of CNG in all areas of the vehicle system up to the firewall, 5CNG hose out-performs rigid tubing by reducing potential leak points, reducing installation time, inventory components and at 30% lighter than rigid tubing, contributing to weight reduction. The 5CNG hose has an electrically conductive nylon core designed to dissipate static build up. It is also used on fuel dispensers and is supplied as a single-line or bonded twin-line CNG hose assembly. A twin-line hose assembly can reduce part number complexity and eliminate tangled hoses in a dispenser system.

CNGRP Regulated Pressure Hose

Parker CNGRP may be the only low pressure compressed natural gas hose that meets "ALL" CSA requirements for electrically conductive hose downstream of the pressure regulator.
