Not only a product supplier, Parker also offers Value Added Services to help you save time and money.

  • Breadman (Kanban): lean logistics and delivery of Parker products and kits directly to the customer’s assembly line, work stations or warehouse - this is what the Breadman service provides.
  • Kitting: multiple components are supplied under a single part no. - this is what is meant by a kit.
  • Tech Services: improving the performance of your hydraulic systems - this is what Tech Services stands for. We run complete value analyses; our dedicated Tech Services engineering teams check your hydraulic systems, resulting in recommendations for improvements and better performance.
    Tech Services can also be used to analyse leak-path analysis. With GPP (Genuine Parker Parts) you have the assurance of a leak-free system with a 3 year guarantee of no leakage.
  • Hose assemblies: pre-assembled, cleaned hose assemblies, produced according to the customer’s requirements - this is what our hose workshops offer.
  • Sub-assemblies: valves, pumps and cylinders (including pneumatic sub-assemblies), pre-assembled with connectors, pipes and additional valves already in place - this the basis for this value-added service.
  • Systems/power units: we design and build hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well as power units according to your specifications.
  • Repair Centre for pumps and valves: with test benches and Rapid Repair Service facilities.
  • Training: Parker offers its distributors and customers a wide range of product training, helping them acquire the basic principles and controls which gain advantages for their own equipment.
  • EDI systems: PHconnect allows access to Parker’s electronic portal for customers and suppliers - a source for information on accounts and products and a central ordering point for all Parker products. PHAST (Parker Hannifin Automated Sales Transaction) allows the use of File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or the PHAST module in sales-side PHconnect and transmission of orders electronically.
