Wine

The perfect wine should be visually clear, flavourful and maintain it’s stability over long periods of time. Traditional methods clarification, such as settling and racking often doesn't remove all particulate and spoilage organisms, producing a cloudy, unstable wine. Clarification and stabilization using microfiltration ensures the removal of particulate and organisms down to 0.45µm, creating a beautifully clear and stable wine, without the use of fining agents which can alter the delicate flavour of your wine. In the pursuit of the perfect wine, filtration is the only true option for the clarification and stabilization process.

Combined with other essential filtration stages of wine production such as crystal and yeast removal in addition to the use of sterile gas filters throughout the wine making process, the opportunity for contamination can be eliminated, ensuring the wine is perfectly balanced, and maintains its stability over years of storage.

Producers of wine, both old and new have partnered with Parker Bioscience for over 30 years to ensure their process and quality needs are achieved.  A proven product range combined with expert knowledge of the wine making process enables Parker Bioscience to provide solutions unlike any other.
