Aseptic Filling

After beer has undergone sterilisation, it may be re-introduced to spoilage organisms during the bottling process. However, proper aseptic filling technique ensures the bottling process remains sterile, eliminating the possibility of microbial contamination.

Aseptic conditions during the bottling process may be achieved through the use of sterile air, achieved by treatment through sterile air filters.

Use of sterile air and gas filters such as those offered by Parker Bioscience Filtration also use an intert membrane, suitable for use within the food and beverage industry, ensuring their is no effect to the quality and flavour of your beer as a result aseptic filling.
