Tech Service:

To optimize the assembly of connectors, pipes and hoses in customers' applications to reduce assembly time, number of leakages and total number of parts.

 

Kitting:

Engineering the parts for one machine and sending them in one box as a kit to the customers to reduce the logistic costs.

 

Bread man:

We provide A JUST IN TIME delivery of parts, kits or systems according to the customers' request appointment direct to the production location.

 

Kanban:

We manage the stock of the Parker products at the customers plant with daily or weekly service depending on the production requirement.

 

Repairs:

Repairing of all Parker products with a 24h Repairs Fast Repairs Service for Pumps.

 

Field Service:

We support our customers in diagnostics and evaluation of the hydraulic systems and provide field service for modernization, assembly and start up.

 

Systems:

We design and build hydraulic and pneumatic systems according customers request and demand. With our application know how we are able to engineer systems that provides high value and profitability for our customers.

 

Trainings:

Parker offers its distributors and customers a wide range of product training, helping them acquire the basic principles and controls which gain advantages for their own equipment.

 

EDI systems:

PHconnect allows access to Parker’s electronic portal for customers and suppliers - a source for information on accounts and products and a central ordering point for all Parker products. PHAST (Parker Hannifin Automated Sales Transaction) allows transmission of orders by attaching a text file ton an email and sending it to the PHAST mailbox.
