PTS captures and stores a complete audit-quality history of all service and replacements. From the PTS Mobile app, select Service History for a quick look at all the past service events for a given asset.

With PTS mobile product registration, users can quickly add critical assets to a registered products list by simply scanning the barcode. Never lose track of important information or dates again.

PTS provides both email and in-app notifications on scheduled, coming soon and past due service events. Quickly find assets based on pending status and view service history.

How do I schedule an asset replacement?

Avoid missing critical maintenance intervals. With PTS, users can easily schedule service and replacement event reminders with the calendar selection tool.

As the perfect mobile companion to our popular desktop asset management and tagging platform, PTS Mobile puts the power of identifying and managing critical assets in the palm of your hand. PTS Mobile functions as a standalone app for casual, Guest Users or as a fully-integrated companion for Registered Users of the PTS Desktop application.

Guest Users who create a free account in the app can access select record data and locate authorized distributors and channel partners globally. Registered Users who log into the app with their PTS Desktop credentials will have access to enhanced capabilities.

Using PTS Mobile

PTS Records are created by registered users of the PTS Desktop application. Depending on each record’s unique privacy settings, select data is made available to PTS Mobile Guest Users. This may include manufacturing date, PTS ID (serial number), and public attachments such as links to videos, parts lists or user manuals.

Certain records may contain others publicly-available data such as batch, lot, components, specifications or manufacturing data for added traceability.

Every PTS asset record is unique and is generated by a Parker Tracking System (PTS) subscriber. The 4 blue boxes in the graphic represent the types of accounts that can "create" new PTS records. These accounts have access to select record privacy as well as an ability to transfer "access" of product data to other accounts, regardless of type. This unique sharing ability is one of the foundations of PTS and what sets us apart from many other asset management solutions. Mobile Guest Users are able to access select record information for every asset, based on what was recorded by the "Creator" also the Creator's privacy settings. If you are seeking access to more data than what may be viable for a given asset record, two steps would be required:

1. Contact a member of the PTS product team for information on how to become a full registered PTS user.

2. Contact the record Creator or a member of the PTS team for information on how to set up a transfer relationship with another user.
