Program overview

A program to identify, hire, and develop talented professionals for strategic pricing roles in a diverse, global, Fortune 250 company.

Program participants are provided with diverse business opportunities for development:

  • Exposure to all areas of the operation while analyzing and quoting new business
  • Proactively analyze data and make pricing recommendations by considering customer value-based pricing, competitive markets, and company costs affecting business plans and profitability across divisions
  • Perform segmented market analysis for the development and execution of an appropriate original equipment manufacturer, list price, and price renewal strategy 

Who should apply?

The Parker strategic pricing team is looking for leadership development program candidates with:

  • A degree in business administration or equivalent, specializing in pricing, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Relevant experience is preferred 

How long is the program?

The strategic pricing leadership development program ranges from nine to twelve months. Participants rotate every three or four months to a new assignment.

Are participants required to travel?

Participants in the strategic pricing leadership development program have the opportunity to visit multiple Parker Hannifin facilities as part of their work experience. Travel expenses are paid by the company.
