How long is the program?
Each Engineering Leadership Development Program lasts 12 months.
Are participants required to travel?
Each Engineering Leadership Development Program participant may be asked to spend time at several US locations for his or her personal growth and contribution to the organization. In addition, program participants come together as a team for week long trainings eight times during the program year to collaborate on solving an engineering challenge. This company-paid travel also offers participants unique business cases that stretch their minds and inspire their understanding of the business ecosystem.

Parker recognizes the value of the experience and knowledge gained by program participants. At the completion of the program, these Parker engineers are on a technical career path toward engineering leadership positions.
