Parker Cylinder Division Launches West Coast Stocking Location for Single Acting Telescopic Cylinder Series

Des Plaines, Il., February 3, 2020 - Parker Hannifin Corporation, the global leader in motion and control technologies, is launching a West Coast stocking location for their single acting telescopic (SAT) cylinder series in Eugene, Oregon.  The stocking program will include the five most commonly used SAT cylinders for the dump truck market on the West coast.  This will include S53, S63 and S64 series cylinder models with strokes from 126-156 inch and pressure rating of 2500 psi.

“In an effort to better serve our customers and respond quickly to a down situation, Parker located a SAT warehouse on the West Coast,” said Dean Jickess, business development manager for the Parker Cylinder Division.  “Parker is committed to ensuring customer continued uptime and support, so our West Coast stocking location is a means to ensure when our customers are down, we can help minimize profit loss.”

The new West Coast stocking location will geographically provide aftermarket support cylinders to customers with an average ship time of two days.
