For graduates seeking experience in management positions, Parker offers an intensive 6 to 10 month program that serves as an introduction to supply chain management. Trainees will complete several 8 week assignments at various Parker divisions, gaining exposure to supplier development, logistics, production management and negotiations. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be offered a supply chain role with one of Parker’s divisions.
