Lighter, more efficient aircraft

From the first multi-disc steel aircraft brakes in the 1930's to the first electric braking system on a commercial aircraft, we've been the technology leader. We are one of only a few companies that can provide complete integrated braking systems - the wheels, brakes and brake control element.

eBrake™

More compact, efficient and high-performance with standing temperatures as high as 3,632°F (2,000°C).

By integrating brake-by-wire technology with an electromechanical operating system, the Ebrake® achieves high performance while being more compact and efficient compared to traditional hydraulic brake systems.

It can successfully halt an aircraft traveling at speeds over 200 mph and weighing over 60 tons within less than 3,280 feet and withstand temperatures as high as 3,632°F.

Remarkably, the Airbus A220 is the first commercial airplane model to incorporate the Ebrake system.

The Ebrake® was the first electric braking system to fly successfully on a commercial aircraft with no hydraulic fall-backs. Our latest advanced design is used on the Airbus A220 (formerly the Bombardier C-series). The electronic actuator is one of the most compact, yet efficient of its kind.

Wireless tire pressure gauge

Breakthrough long-range wireless sensing technology, with easy retrofit solution, enables accurate tire pressure reading every time, wherever and whenever needed for improved maintainability and faster return to service. Using wireless communication of non-critical data eliminates the need for signal cabling runs and reduces system weight.

Our breakthrough long-range wireless sensing technology. It allows users to stand in front of the aircraft, open the installed dedicated app on a smartphone or tablet, and instantly read the tire pressure of each wheel.

The tire pressure gauge provides an accurate tire pressure reading every time, wherever and whenever needed, eliminating painful access to the wheel valve stem with a manual pressure gauge.

Our breakthrough long-range wireless technology speeds up aircraft tire pressure checks. Tire pressure monitoring is an essential part of aircraft maintenance, helping to prevent failure events caused by improper tire inflation. Using a wireless system can help to extend tire life, reduc
