Our close-molded components feature intricate designs and shapes, using high-temperature materials to withstand challenging, tight-tolerance environments while remaining lightweight.

From the F135 to the LEAP engines, our engine components are found on several major high-rate commercial and military platforms in the world.

Our components include flight-critical rotating and non-rotating products including: spinners, vanes, ducts, stators, blade spacers, liners and exhaust flaps.

Our unique compression molding process allows us to form highly complex cross-sections and shapes using high temperature composite materials to replace precision machined metals. The resulting weight, maintenance and performance improvements are pivotal to securing the industry goal of sustainable aviation.

We are tackling significant technical barriers for complex and high-temperature parts. Composites offer average weight savings of 40 percent compared to metallic components.
