Requirements:
In actively controlled servo cartridge valves, a distinction must be made between static and dynamic sealing requirements. Depending on function and operating pressure range, different sealing compounds have to be used for the static seals. Dynamic seals are utilized in high-quality servo valves. Extreme wear resistance and minimized friction are the main requirements. In use with non-combustible fluids, the materials have to meet higher chemical compatibility demands.

Typical requirements:
• Operating temperature: 0 °C to +60 °C
• Operating pressure: ≤420 bar
