Parker is pleased to offer our customers the ability to receive Parker supplied aircraft systems & maintenance training courses provided by the Parker Customer Support Organization (CSO) systems engineering team.

Our target audience is our customer maintenance training and fleet technical support personnel directly involved in maintaining our Parker provided systems on a day-to-day basis.

Our objective is to provide maintenance training that will develop a detailed level understanding of the system operation in order to facilitate quick, focused, troubleshooting efforts to minimize aircraft down-time, as well as provide a resource for continued study.

Parker Customer Support Organization is pleased to offer system training courses on the following aircraft platforms:

Training Events Schedule - The following information is for planning purposes only and is subject to change without notice. Exact time and dates for courses will be listed on the official course Training Registration Form.

Parker Training Policies:

U.S. Export Laws Compliance - Parker Customer Support training courses are subject to all U.S. export laws and regulations. In accordance with the current U.S. export restrictions, Parker Hannifin Customer Support may not provide training to any individual or company whose country of citizenship is currently subject to a U.S. embargo or requires a U.S. Government export authorization. Statement of citizenship is required as requested in the applicable Training Registration Form.

Class Size & Cancellation - Parker reserves the right to cancel any proposed training due to lack of participation. Final notice for the courses to commence will be given three weeks prior to the scheduled start date and will be based on the level of participation.

Cost - The cost for training is subject to the contractual agreements between Parker, the airline operator, and the airframe manufacturer. Training participants must make and pay for their own travel arrangements.

Non-Disclosure Agreement - All participants will be required to sign and return to Parker, the Non-Disclosure Agreement in the Training Registration Form. This agreement may be signed and returned by each individual participant or by a manager, team leader, or foreman, on behalf of an entire team of participants from the same company.
