In this program college graduates with a variety of educational backgrounds, from sales and marketing to technical and engineering, are trained to become technical and commercial problem solvers for Parker’s widely diverse customer base. Trainees are developed from the ground up, beginning with basic fundamentals, all the way through detailed, hands-on product and application training. It is comprised of general, technical and product training in both classroom and laboratory type settings, as well as basic selling experience in the field Upon completion of this 12-18 month training program, you are a Parker product expert, industry certified as a specialist in your field and assigned to one of Parker’s territories.
