To capitalize on the emerging China market, Parker has structured this comprehensive trainee program for students at select Chinese universities.  Participants will follow a planned curriculum during this cross-functional two year apprenticeship which features: training, on-the-job learning, mentoring, job shadowing and networking opportunities. Trainees will gain experience in production, quality control, lean, engineering and customer service. These components are designed to ensure that participants develop the knowledge, skills and abilities to become successful sales professionals at Parker Hannifin China.
