This program is designed for recent college graduates to join the Aerospace Group and learn about and understand our culture, customers and products through working through a series of rotational job assignments that give you exposure to our business structure and operational functions.
This six month program offers the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge of Parker products, internal processes, systems, and technical customer requirements. The program is tailored to be cross-functional and cross-divisional to assist you to develop skills and provide a solid foundation for assimilation into your new roles with the Parker team.
