Extruded and precision cut seals can be manufactured from 0.030” up to 18.0” ID with walls as thin as 0.10” (depending on OD). These products can be cut into washers and other sealing configurations as thin as .020”. Our unique cutting capabilities allow us to fabricate complex cross-sections such as D-rings, double chamfers, L-gaskets, short lip seals and many other special configurations. TechSeal also offers custom extruded profiles in long lengths (with our Pressure Sensitive Adhesive), spliced solid or hollow O-rings and ParFab™ fabricated four-corner gaskets.
