Innovation

Expensive, dangerous, and hazardous cylinders of zero grade air and hydrogen gas used to supply chromatography equipment can now be eliminated.

Two models of the FID Gas Station are now available to choose from that can produce up to 2.5 lpm of hydrocarbon-free air from an existing compressed air supply and 250 cc/min of fuel-grade hydrogen from deionized water in one enclosure.

Special features include high-tech ergonomic cabinet design, state-of-the-art catalysis module, visual operational status display, exceptional gas purity and automatic water filling for continuous operation.

These generators will allow cylinder gas users to supply, control, and automate their gas supplies. Equipment sensitivity is significantly enhanced as zero air purity exceeds cylinder gas quality as hydrocarbon content is less than 0.05 ppm (50 ppb) and is measured as methane. A single FID Gas Station can support (6) GC-FIDs all at once.

Additional applications can include Thermonic and Pulsed Flame Detectors.
