COSE ChangeOver System

Parker Hannifin's Veriflo Division presents the COSE ChangeOver System. The new version of the process proven COS offers a fully enclosed panel that will reduce the internal components’ exposure to the elements as well as incorporating a removable side panels for improved field maintenance.

HF1200  and HFT1200 High Flow Regulators

Parker Hannifin's Veriflo Division presents the high purity HF1200 & HFT1200 regulators which offers high flow capability with an inlet pressure up to 1,250 psig. The HF1200 regulator is a free poppet design for inert gas applications. The HFT1200 is a tied-diaphragm design for corrosive/hazardous gas applications and offers a Hastelloy Trim option. Both offer a large convoluted Hastelloy C22® diaphragm that provides stable pressure control over the operational range of the regulator.  The combined high flow and high inlet pressure increases the application range of the regulator thus reducing regulator inventories. Both the HF1200 & HFT1200 are available in welded or threaded versions.

F9 Series Check Valve

Parker Hannifin's Veriflo Division presents the F9 Series Check Valve, a high purity, all welded check valve, featuring a patented asymmetric spring design for a consistent quiet operation. The F9 Series Check Valve offers high Cv (0.90) in a small footprint to conserve panel space. Compatibility with all semiconductor gases is achieved with two seal materials, thus reducing inventory requirements. Available as a standard 10 Ra or an EP version with a 7 Ra.

Hybrid Diaphragm Valve

Parker Hannifin's Veriflo Division presents the Hybrid Diaphragm Valve, a multi-function valve offering pneumatic actuation with the security of a manual over-ride Lock-Out-Tag-Out. The Hybrid valve’s combination of pneumatic normally closed actuation and Lock-Out-Tag-Out , which is commonly achieved with two separate valves, reduces the overall gas stick footprint, reducing components, labor, and the risk of leaks with less connections.

Down Mount Products

Parker Hannifin's Veriflo Division presents our valve and regulator products designed for the ANSI/ISA 7600.02.2002 Modular Surface Mount footprint. The DM3000 is a miniature, threadless, non-tied diaphragm regulator. The DM930 is a manual or pneumatically actuated diaphragm valve. And the DMFS190 is a non-attitude sensitive, excessive flow shut-off valve. The DMFS190 is designed to automatically shut off the delivery of gas if the flow exceeds the preset limit.

LC223S Instrument/Analyzer Flow Controller

Parker Hannifin's Veriflo Division presents the LC223 high pressure gas or liquid flow controller for liquid chromatography, chemical injection and sampling. Some features include Constant flow with varying downstream pressure; wide flow range from 25 sccm to 40 slpm; wide pressure range of 200 psig to 5000 psig; corrosion resistant; cleaned for oxygen service.
