Multi-Coupling Technology Revolutionizes Implement to Harvester Connections.
One motion completes multiple connections. That is the basic concept behind multi-coupling technology. Parker Quick Coupling Division is the market leader for single point connections, changing the way implements are joined to agricultural harvesters.
Typically, a farmer will use specific attachments (implements) when harvesting particular crops or in certain situations. Every time an implement is disconnected and reattached to the harvester each hydraulic and electrical line must also be manually reconnected. Using a Parker multi-coupling provides a simultaneous connection, eliminating the need to mate each individual line between the harvester and the implement. Lever actuated motion brings the two mating plates together with minimal effort. Instantaneously, all hydraulic lines and electrical connections are mechanically joined.

Parker’s multi-coupling provided the industry’s first single point connection to mate both the hydraulic as well as the electrical lines on the implement and harvester. Parker engineers collaborated with the customer to take the concept beyond the basic scope of hydraulic connection to include mechanical and electrical connections as well. The Parker multi-coupling is a true “full featured” coupling offering complete connection, total disconnection, and connection under full system pressure in one single motion.
Multi-couplings provide a single point connection, saving time and simplifying the hookup. These “full featured” couplings are quickly becoming an industry standard on harvesting equipment around the world.
