Partek Operation is proud to introduce a new and improved line of 1/2 inch regulators. The regulators feature angled and rounded internal flow paths that improve fluid flow dynamics and minimize fluid shear.  As a result, the new design offers a lower pressure drop through the regulator.

Partek's new regulators have a body machined from virgin 100% ultra-high purity PTFE and a one-piece, precision-machined diaphragm manufactured from modified PTFE material. The modified PTFE improves cycle life and has less shear than standard PTFE material. They are available with detachable and interchangeable 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch end connections. This will allow customers to change between Parbond PFA fusible ends and Parflare tube ends in the field. Special ends such as Nippon Pillar S300 are available upon request. Both conventional manual as well as dome loaded regulators are available.

The elimination of exposed and external metals is a key feature of the regulators. The Polypro knob and the elimination of internal metal components with the exception for an isolated ball improves chemical compatibility. The ergonomic design of the knob also improves aesthetics. Additionally, the standardization of one regulator trim material provides for easier ordering information and stocking capability at all levels. The panel mount nut is sold as a "-P" at the end of the part number, which gives the customer a choice of two mounting options or can be ordered separately if preferred.
