EPS Division materials capabilities now include captive production of custom medical, optical and food-grade urethanes in our Class 1000 clean room. Our capabilities include ventilated batch lab, full-service material lab and full-service mechanical test lab. Production is overseen by onsite chemists under strict quality control processes. For traceability and identification purposes, we can work with you on custom compounding for specific requirements -- either post-reaction or during synthesis -- to include radiopaque, tracers, coloring or other additives.
