CHO-SEAL® 6501 and 6502 – Stable Corrosion Resistant EMI Shielding Gaskets
Ni/Al particles have lower transfer impedance at frequencies >10 MHz providing more than 100dB of shielding effectiveness. After 2,000 hour 125°C heat aging life testing the shielding effectiveness is virtually unchanged. Only CHO-SEAL 6501 (molding grade) and CHO-SEAL 6502 (extrusion grade) have such a high level of durability. Ni/Al will lower the total cost of ownership by reducing or eliminating field service issues or maintenance schedules regardless of end use environment.
