Parker TechSeal Division can produce lathe-cut products for the filter market from .500" up to 5.75" ID’s. The maximum OD capability is 6.00". Cut widths range from .020" to 42" and any specific dimensional requirements within this range. Products outside this range will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the typical square or rectangular lathe-cut cross-sections, a number of special cross-sectional configurations are available within the standard size range.

Our compression molding capabilities allow us to offer convoluted profiles coupled with low cost solutions, particularly for smaller OD parts. The liquid injection molding operations offer rapid cycle times with reduced material requirements. These advantages can become particularly critical when dealing with higher cost silicone compounds. Due to the flexibility in tool design, molded dimensions range from less than .250" (depending on part configuration) to 28" OD. The molded operations greatly expand our product capabilities beyond the profiles available through typical lathe-cut operations.
