Parker Finite Airtek Filtration Division Announces New Finite HX-Series Compressed Air Filters!
The new HX-Series combines features from the current H-Series, which the HX will eventually replace, with a host of new features which enhance performance and make them easier to use. The new HX-Series is available for purchase via PHconnect. Parker Finite’s new HX-Series range of high efficiency filters employ nanofiber technology in their replaceable elements with capture efficiencies up to and including 99.995%. Six distinct coalescing grades are available with the familiar UNI-CAST formed grades of 4C, 6C, 8C, and 10C being joined by two newer pleated media choices, 7CP and XF, which offer premium performance.

Finite High Efficiency Coalescers Provide Fuel System Protection on Natural Gas Vehicles
After the natural gas is compressed to required pressures, the fuel is transferred to a Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) through a CNG dispenser. Depending upon the amount of protection in the compression stages, some dispensers incorporate additional filtration to remove any carryover of contaminates. Finite J series filters (5000 psig) are used to remove these contaminates. If liquids are not removed at this stage of refueling, the on-board CNG storage cylinders could fill with liquids and would eventually carryover into the vehicle’s operational system.
