Having established Parker Hubei Seal Corporation in the beginning of 1980s which was one of the first three foreign joint ventures in a country when it opened to foreign direct investment. In the early 1990s, Parker set up sales offices and bonded warehouse in China, established its Asia Pacific Headquarters in Hong Kong in 1994.
In 2000, Precision Asun Sealing Co. (PASC)China is a provider of O-rings in standard or custom-molded shapes. PASC is located in DongGuanCity in southeastern China.
In 2002, we established Shenyang Rubber Products Co. manufacturing hose and hose assemblies in the historic northern industrial base of China.
In 2005, we integrate Parker Denison in Shanghai and Parker TeJing Hydraulics Co., Ltd. located in Tianjin, both are engaged in mobile hydraulic components and systems.
In 2006, we integrate acquired Kenmore International which is focused on filters and refrigeration components for worldwide distribution and UK-based Dominick Hunter specializes in compressed air filtration and assemblies.
In 2006, we finally established Parker China headquarters in Shanghai and Changsha Service Center.

2006 April 28th, Parker China has set up its headquarters in Shanghai. Parker China Headquarters functions as a center for communication, manufacturing, distribution, training and development, research and development, and management, as well as regional sales office.

Design
Parker China has its own staff talented engineers with CAD capabilities to provides you component and complete system design work when the customer need.
Assembly
We have several production lines to perform assembly work for hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, hose, filters and integrated hydraulic systems.
Testing
We provide in-house mounting, assembly and pressure leak testing of manifold assemblies and instruments. Test reports and conformance certification are submitted upon completion of test to verify the results. To facilitate and simplify the function of stream switching, Parker has also introduced a new analytical tool, Rmax, which is becoming the industry standard.
