I  was initially attracted to Parker as it is a global company with many opportunities to progress. I started in 1998 as an engineer trainee and had the opportunity to work in the United States on a new product for truck airbrakes. Over the years, my career path has included assignments as research and development engineer, process engineering manager and since 2004, value stream manager.
